Assam Chief Minister Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma on Sunday handed over 50 motorcycles to the Traffic Branch of the Guwahati Police at Lok Sewa Bhawan in Guwahati.
The motorcycles, supplied by Hero MotoCorp, are Hero Maverick 440 models and will be used by the Traffic Branch for its day-to-day operations, according to information released in connection with the programme.
