Nalasopara, September 13: A Ganesh idol toppled onto devotees during an arrival procession in Nalasopara West, Maharashtra, amid heavy rain and strong winds, triggering panic among people gathered at the site.
The incident took place on Saturday evening as members of a Ganeshotsav mandal were transporting the idol from an artisan's workshop to their pandal ahead of Ganesh Chaturthi.
