The proposed transaction will involve HCLTech acquiring 100% of Robotiq.ai's outstanding equity through its wholly owned subsidiary, HCL Technologies Austria GmbH. The deal will be funded entirely in cash and is expected to close by the end of November 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
