A Ganesh festival celebration turned tragic in south Mumbai after a large idol of Bhuleshwar Cha Raja fell during its arrival procession on Saturday night, killing two people and injuring five others.
The incident took place at around 10 pm on Balaram Merchant Road near Kabutarkhana at Jay Ambe Chowk in Bhuleshwar, as devotees gathered for the arrival ceremony of the idol.
