According to initial reports, the aircraft experienced intense turbulence during the cruise phase, causing a sudden loss of altitude and throwing unsecured passengers and crew inside the cabin. Despite the incident, the flight landed safely at Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi, where medical teams attended to the injured passengers.
